Job Responsibilities:

  • Assume primary responsibility for the successful implementation of assigned SAP processes, solutions and products
  • Analyze customers' business requirements, map to SAP technology, identify gaps and dependencies among applicable modules
  • Demonstrate product functionality within the client's business context.
  • Develop functional design, specifications and modifications to close gaps
  • Configure the solution (including interface with among modules) and develop test scenarios to ensure quality of designed system
  • Apply change management techniques to fully support client's transformation and increase speed of implementation.
  • Support clients on maintenance mode by resolving system incidents, complying with issue management procedures and providing documentation of raised issues.
  • Provide pre-sales support to sales team and provide subject matter expertise to marketing for collaterals development
  • Contribute significantly to development of new products and services based on SAP technology and methodology

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • 1-4 years of working experience in the related field is an advantage for this position.
  • Should at least have a background in the standard capabilities of the module (SAP PP).
  • Should be able to recommend and implement the best practices of (SAP PP), but should be experienced as well in handling customizations that includes interface to external applications.
  • Should have an open communication style which encourages change management initiatives.
  • SAP PP full cycle Implementation experience in a manufacturing industry/setting is an advantage.
  • Should have knowledge in predictive and preventive maintenance.
  • The successful candidate will be asked to go on different work location/sites from time to time.
  • Candidate should have excellent facilitation skills, able to drive/lead discussions, meetings and training sessions with users and stakeholders.
  • Can work on-site (Hybrid) in Diliman, Quezon City on a dayshift working schedule
  • Can start ASAP
