In this role, you will primarily focus on creating visually appealing graphics and design materials to support our marketing initiatives. Proficiency in video editing and the application of AI generative tools will be highly valued.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns both locally and in other markets, working closely with the marketing team to contribute your design expertise.
  • Utilize design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint to create captivating visual assets, including digital banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Leverage AI generative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) to expedite the creative process, generate innovative concepts, and produce unique visual elements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, AI technologies, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of our creative materials.
  • Provide creative input and ideation, utilizing AI-powered methods to explore new visual styles and ideas for our marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with video editing tasks, including editing short-form videos and in-house video productions. Familiarity with AI-powered video tools (e.g., for motion graphics, upscaling, or automated editing) is a plus.

Qualifications: (Work Experience, Years of experience, Communication Skills, Technical Skills)

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
  • Proficiency in using design software including Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools is a strong advantage.
  • Video editing skills would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
