Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Edit and assemble recorded raw video material into a polished finished product suitable for publishing.
  • Create engaging videos, animations, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and more.
  • Collaborate with producers, graphic designers, and content creators to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Apply sound design, music, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling and viewer experience.
  • Manage video projects from pre-production to post-production, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
  • Optimize video and multimedia content for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, website, email campaigns).
  • Stay updated on current trends, tools, and techniques in multimedia production and editing.
  • Maintain proper file management and video archiving processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in video editing and multimedia production.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics is a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing and multimedia work.
