That's why we say, "When our customers prosper, we all win."Job Description:Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Cadet will be trained on various areas of software testing.

Our cadets will assist assigned scrum teams on daily tasks where applicable and will be deployed under our Innovation, Core Portfolio, or Scientific/Content Engineering teams. DTN's cadetship is a program for our Product and Technology group that provides an opportunity for fresh graduates and professionals with less than 2 years of experience to be equipped with the skills to jumpstart or reignite their IT career. This is a 5-month program where technical training and actual hands-on experience are expected by embedding cadets in our development teams.

What you will be responsible for:Learn analysis, design, and testing of web and mobile applications

Collaborate with development and QA teams

Ensuring that customer requirements are met and aligned with DTN QA standards.Analyze requirements, design tests, implement tests, execute tests, analyze test results, and reporting issues.Contribute to create automation scripts for the project

Collaborate with the scrum team to meet sprint commitments and goals

Contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of the QA process.What you will bring to the role:Introductory knowledge in any programming language

Basic knowledge in Cloud technology such as AWS or Azure is an advantage

Understanding of HTTP API paradigms, like REST.Introductory knowledge in databases such as MSSQL, MySql, PostgreSQLFoundational communication skills with cross collaborative teams. Diligence, persistence, and attention to detail. Desire to learn, help others learn, and grow your technical skills.

Enthusiasm for technology and your team. Educational Requirement:Fresh graduates of a 4-to-5-year course, preferably IT, Computer Science/Engineering, ECE or any IT related course or;Less than 2 years experienced IT professional willing to undergo cadetship program

The targeted hiring base pay for this position is PHP 35,000 monthly. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws.

The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits. Why DTN?
