Job Responsibilities

  • Install and Repair: Install and repair wooden structures and fixtures, such as desks, counters, and cabinetry within the office.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep wooden structures and fixtures in good condition.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all carpentry work meets safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with facilities management and other contractors to coordinate carpentry tasks with ongoing projects.
  • Inspection: Inspect wooden structures and fixtures to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and timely service regarding carpentry-related concerns or requests.
  • Tool Management: Maintain and properly store carpentry tools and equipment.
  • Document Handling: handle, sort, and deliver documents to various units or depositories, checking labels and sorting documents as needed.
  • Inventory and Records: Conduct inventory and maintain records of documents under custody. Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Basic Tasks: Complete basic tasks such as photocopying and purchasing items as needed, and maintain a logbook of deliveries and receipts.

  • Must be willing and able to work in our office in Cebu City
  • Must be ready to start right away

  • High school graduate
  • Must have the following basic requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, NBI, and Gcash (for payroll processing)
  • Physically fit, hardworking, and can work under pressure and with less supervision
  • Must be willing to accept the minimum wage for Cebu City
