Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular store visits to assess customer needs and promote ongoing campaigns and program benefits.
  • Manage and optimize loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and engagement.
  • Train and assist sales teams on products, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present client performance reports, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
  • Develop sponsorship partnerships and present return-on-investment (ROI) proposals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials, including promotional artwork and billboards.
  • Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards and manage in-store product displays across all store channels.
