We are looking for a Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java and SQL development to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that drive our business operations while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and backend services.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in software development.
  • Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Java development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS).
  • Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot preferred.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and version control best practices.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
