We are expanding our Davao team and looking for proactive Sales Associates who can deliver excellent customer service and help drive branch growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in clients and provide accurate product recommendations for CCTV, networking, and IT solutions.
  • Respond to inquiries via Facebook Messenger, calls, and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads daily.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding item availability and order processing.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure updated knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, freelancers, and corporate clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall branch performance.

Qualifications

  • Male or Female, 21–35 preferred.
  • Senior High School / College Level / Graduate.
  • Must be tech-savvy, especially in CCTV systems, routers, and basic IT products (or willing to learn quickly).
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Sales experience in electronics, IT, CCTV, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and handle multiple client inquiries.
  • Willing to work in Juna Subdivision, Matina Crossing, Davao City.
