About the role

The Good Pastry Café' is seeking a passionate and experienced Waiter to join our team in our vibrant café located in BF Homes Paranaque City Metro Manila. As a fulltime Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our busy café. What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanour Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Preparing and serving beverages and food items in a timely manner Maintaining a clean and organised dining area Assisting with stock replenishment and light food preparation tasks Responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns Adhering to health and safety standards at all times

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar waitstaff or customer service role, preferably in a café or restaurant environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional service Excellent time management and multitasking abilities A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends as required
