Master Data Centre Process Manager (CPM)

As the Master Data CPM in GBS you will be responsible for:

  • Team Leadership & Development:- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of reliability, trust, and collaboration
  • Create and implement retention strategies that nurture talent, ensure succession planning, and empower your team to thrive
  • Play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, ensuring the best candidates join your ranks
  • Focus on career and performance growth by coaching and developing team members
  • Operational Excellence:- Ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of transaction processing and reporting activities
  • Drive process improvements using KPIs and data analysis to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop innovative solutions to enhance service offerings and meet customer expectations
  • Compliance & Control:- Guarantee adherence to JTI's policies, procedures, and JSOX compliance requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and address queries from internal and external auditors
  • Stakeholder and Project Management:- Apply your expertise to make impactful business decisions that align with GBS's strategic priorities
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships and collaborate effectively with GBS leadership, internal customers, and cross-functional teams
  • Support corporate and GBS projects and initiatives while consistently striving for service excellence
  • Dynamic Problem Solving:- Be a proactive problem solver who guides your team to overcome challenges and identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Take calculated risks to achieve business objectives and continuously adapt to fast-changing environments
Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, CPA, or similar qualification is a plus.
  • 5+ years in Finance/Accounting (preferably in P2P); 5+ years in leading and managing diverse teams.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities to build and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking to problem solve and anticipate risks.
  • Multitasking and organizational skills to handle projects with varied stakeholders.
  • SAP experience and excellent understanding of Master Data processes.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment and proficiency in lean practices (nice to have).
  • Standardization-oriented thinking with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
