About the role

R-II Builders Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Company Nurse to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to our employees, ensuring their wellbeing and promoting a healthy work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Delivering first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed
  2. Conducting regular health checks and screenings to monitor employee wellness
  3. Providing health education and promoting preventative healthcare measures
  4. Maintaining detailed medical records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  5. Collaborating with management to develop and implement workplace health and safety policies
  6. Liaising with external healthcare providers and coordinating referrals for employees
  7. Continuously improving healthcare services and identifying areas for enhancement

What we're looking for

  1. A registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar company nurse or occupational health role
  3. Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality medical care
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels
  5. Proficient in managing medical records and utilising relevant software and technologies
  6. Proactive, adaptable and committed to promoting workplace health and wellbeing
