Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Router Machine Operator to join our signage production team. The role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC equipment to produce high-quality signage components according to design specifications. This position is ideal for someone with technical expertise, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering precise and consistent output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation – Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to cut, engrave, or shape materials used in signage production (e.g., acrylic, aluminum, PVC, wood, etc.).
  • Reading & Interpreting Designs – Review CAD files, blueprints, or technical drawings to ensure accurate production of signage components.
  • Material Preparation – Select and prepare raw materials, ensuring correct sizes, thicknesses, and finishes.
  • Quality Control – Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications, making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major machine concerns to supervisors.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with designers, fabricators, and installers to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Safety Compliance – Follow all safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure proper handling of tools and materials.
  • Documentation – Maintain accurate production logs, machine settings, and maintenance records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, preferably in the signage, fabrication, or manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD files, technical drawings, and measurements.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with CNC programming basics (advantage but not required if training is provided).
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
