Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Staff will play a key role in promoting Goson Marketing's products, generating leads, and driving sales growth. This position requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can execute marketing campaigns, engage clients, and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.

Promote and sell Goson Marketing's products (e.g., trash bins, PPE) to B2B and B2C clients.

Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and events.

Prepare and present product demonstrations and proposals to clients.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Can collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials and advertising content

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service..

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Office applications, Canva, AI and CRM software.
