Crypto Manager

Summary of Functions

The Crypto Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's cryptocurrency portfolio strategy and exploring blockchain integration opportunities across our projects. This role ensures that crypto initiatives and asset management are aligned with the organization's financial goals and drive innovation in our healthcare, IoT, and fintech ventures. The ideal candidate is analytical, forward-thinking, and well-versed in decentralized technologies, capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on management of crypto assets. Strong strategic planning, communication, and risk management skills are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive crypto investment strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
• Monitor cryptocurrency market trends and manage the crypto portfolio (trades, staking, etc.) to maximize returns while mitigating risks.
• Execute transactions (e.g., trades, DeFi investments) as needed to optimize the organization's crypto holdings.
• Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, and advise leadership on opportunities for strategic adoption or integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions into products or operations where applicable.
• Ensure all crypto asset management activities follow security best practices and comply with relevant regulations.
• Track portfolio performance and industry developments, preparing regular reports and data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, decentralized finance trends, and technological innovations in the blockchain space.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cryptocurrency investments or blockchain projects, preferably in a tech or financial environment.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Web3 platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges, and digital wallets.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with risk management and security measures for safeguarding crypto assets (e.g., cold storage, key management).
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Relevant certifications in blockchain technology or financial markets (e.g., CBP, CFA) are a plus.
• Experience in fintech, IoT, or healthcare tech sectors is a plus, reflecting our diverse industry focus.
