  • Graduate of BS IT, Computer Science or any other relevant degree

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same field and on the same capacity

  • With hotel experience has an advantage

  • Willing to be assigned and travel to other The Oriental properties if may deemed necessary

Will be responsible in monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of Hotel Corporate Offices

  • Will install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical applications problems.
  • Will support, troubleshoot and in charge of software/ hardware maintenance
  • Will provide support to Corporate Hotel Employees, and Head Office Employees including procedural documentation and LKY/Hotel Systems
  • Will conduct inventories of Head Office Computer related equipment

  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, domain controller, Active Directory, firewall and VPN applications

  • Keep updated with latest hotel technology and security risks on a regular basis

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS IT, Computer Science or any other relevant degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same field and on the same capacity
  • With hotel experience has an advantage

  • Willing to be assigned and travel to other The Oriental properties if may deemed necessary

  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time
