Job Summary:
Oversees the front-of-house operations, including the dining area and host stand. Manages a team of servers, bussers, and hosts to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of HRM or any Bachelor's Degree course.
- With supervisory experience, preferably in F&B industry for at least 2 years.
- With knowledge customer satisfaction and service ratings, table turn over rate, server sales performance, and adherence to service standards.
- Strong leadership, decision making, people management, customer oriented.
- Open and willing to work on graveyard/shifting schedules.
- Willing to be assigned in BARN, CLARK FREEPORT ZONE.
