We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team in the Philippines. This role requires proven expertise in preparing bids and cost proposals for a wide range of electrical projects, with a strong emphasis on proficiency with McCormick estimating software. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical contracting across commercial, industrial, and EV charging sectors. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed estimates that ensure competitive bids and profitable project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed electrical estimates using McCormick estimating software.

· Review project drawings, specifications, and Request for Quotations (RFQs) to define scope and cost requirements.

· Perform material and labor takeoffs across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

· Solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes for accuracy and competitiveness.

· Develop comprehensive budgets and proposals for electrical construction projects.

· Maintain and update pricing databases, labor productivity factors, and historical cost data in McCormick.

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure estimates align with project scope and constructability.

· Participate in pre-bid meetings, bid reviews, and value engineering discussions.

· Provide post-award support and budget handoff to project teams.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the electrical contracting industry.

· Proficiency in McCormick estimating software (required).

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, controls, and EVSE.

· Ability to interpret drawings, one-line diagrams, and technical specifications.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
