We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead our Virtual Reality (VR) in General Santos City. As the Branch Head, you will be responsible for managing the operations, strategy, and business development of VR projects, ensuring the successful delivery of immersive experiences, and driving innovation in VR technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead and manage the VR branch team, including developers, designers, and support staff.
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the VR division in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive innovation and stay ahead of VR industry trends to maintain competitive edge.
  • Project & Operations Management
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of VR projects from concept to deployment.
  • Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality assurance across all projects.
  • Implement standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Business Development & Client Engagement
  • Develop partnerships with clients, technology vendors, and academic institutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams in the VR space.
  • Represent the branch in client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Team Development
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top VR talent.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate career development for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Interactive Media, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Has experience in Virtual Reality, immersive technology, or a related digital field.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
