Integreon Makati, National Capital Region, PhilippinesNetwork AnalystJob SummaryThe Network Analyst's role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and security systems. The candidates must also be proficient in network monitoring, have experience handling small to midsized network projects, and be willing to learn new technologies as needed. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and provide timely resolution to outages.

Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections. Collaborate with senior engineers and third-party vendors to ensure project deadlines are met. Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Conduct network health checks and provide recommendations for improvements. Provide support for network-related issues to end-users. Work in a multivendor environment to ensure network compatibility.

Technical Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in network operations or IT systems. Hands-on experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.Proficiency in network monitoring tools. Good communication and troubleshooting skills. Basic network certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).

Experience in a multivendor environment is a plus. Experience3-5 years in network operations, system administration, or related fields. Experience in working on projects related to office relocation or network extension is a plus.

Exposure to project management or scrum methodologies is a plus. External audit experience like ISO 27001: and client audit is also a big plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Completion of assigned tasks within the given timeline, especially the new office network extension project.
