Process Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve the manufacturing process.
  • Provide disposition for product and process-related issues.
  • Support machine and product qualification efforts.
  • Generate reports and objective evidence for manufacturing (e.g., MRB, 8D, 1-pager reports).
  • Troubleshoot and repair handler vision systems.
  • Conduct first-level analysis of process-related issues.
  • Assist engineers with NPIs, safelaunch, and product experiments.
  • Verify hold lots and analyze final test data.
  • Support correlation samples and tester buy-off activities.
  • Track and report yield performance and assist in action plan execution.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Technical Course in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Electronics/Semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge in Vitrox and ACA Vision Systems.
  • Familiar with standard process reports (Yield, MRB, Machine Qualification, 8D).
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer applications.

Education:

  • Graduate of a 2-year technical course or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or equivalent).
