Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting department's daily operations
  • Manage financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and tax audits
  • Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
  • Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company's targets
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing
  • Institute disciplinary measures against poorly performing employees
  • Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
  • Ensure compliance with the law

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles & practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel & SAP Business One
  • Able to process large amount of numerical data
  • Strong management-leadership with effective communication skills
