  1. Implements agreed standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all public areas in accordance with correct procedures and administration.

  2. Ensures PAR stock is appropriate for the forecast of occupancy and group requirements of the hotel.

  3. Applies agreed standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all bedrooms in accordance with correct procedures and administration.

  4. Organizes day to day work requirements and sets required standards against which work will be checked, in accordance with correct procedures and administration on an as-and-when-required basis.

  5. Ensures that all equipment, furniture, and furnishings are maintained, checked, and kept in good working order in accordance with the hotel standards.

  6. Ensures linen is dealt with in accordance with the hotel standards.

  7. Ensures that special requests from guests are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  8. Ensures that any complaints or feedback from guests are dealt with in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  9. Liaises with relevant departments to ensure that the guest expectations are consistently met and, where possible, exceeded.

  10. Takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of the guests, property and the building.

  11. Ensures that all necessary housekeeping procedure is carried out in all areas.

  12. Ensures cleaning stores, linen room, trolleys, and materials are kept clean and tidy at all times.

  13. Ensures that the procedures are carried out when recording any items taken from housekeeping stores.

  14. Works with supervise (on an as and when required basis) Domestic Room Attendants in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, in accordance with correct procedures and administration.

  15. Ensure periodic cleaning in conjunction with the Housekeeping Attendant.

  16. Carries out any reasonable request made by a member of management in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  17. Prepares and submits business plans and implements them according to the approved directions of the hotel.

  18. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as specified by immediate superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
