Branch Sales Supervisor

I. QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge/Education:Graduate of four year course preferably in Marketing or any related Business Course
Experience:1 year experience in sales or Customer service or marketing, preferably in the same industry.
Skills :Proficient in oral and written communication, result-oriented, creative, innovative and resourceful.
Attitude/Personality: Team player, aggressive, dependable, dynamic, can maintain good interpersonal relationship, with pleasing personality.
II. BASIC FUNCTION
To ensure that store targets are met through efficient forecasting and planning, without sacrificing quality service and customer satisfaction.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Sales and Marketing
➢ Ensures that Marketing tools (flyers, promos, ads, tie-ups and the like) are complete and available, disseminated to all concerned staff with full understanding.
➢ Checks on the booking schedule and ensures no overlapping or conflict on therapist's assignment.
➢ Reminds all staff to do telemarketing, make follow-up calls on TCBs, missed cons, active and inactive clients to complete the booking of 6-8 clients/day.
➢ Formulates and implements sales strategies, treatment programs and packages applicable for the achievement of sales target.
➢ Regularly reminds all staff towards extending warm welcome and accommodation and quality service fro customer satisfaction.
➢ Monitors feedback of walk in clients from corporate presentation, tie up using free facials, discounts card and gift certificate converted to sales.
➢ Supervise/monitors front desk in data gathering of phone inquiries from ads, website, billboard and other promotions.
➢ Supervise front desk in doing telemarketing and direct mail.
➢ Monitors performance of external cons on meeting the quota of 9-10 tie up and a minimum of 15minutes corporate presentation per month
➢ Coordinates with the marketing department as any request for re-training the external cons
➢ Suggest/ comment to improve marketing activities
➢ Attend meeting with the marketing group there'll be launching new promo and other activities to properly disseminate the information to the sales team.
➢ Secure approval at the marketing department for any discounts offering for tie-up, corporate presentation or if there'll be any concerns aside from the standard.
➢ Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports to the head office and other reports as requested.
➢ Coordinates with training department for re-training for any new treatment or upgrading of existing treatment, with marketing department for applicable strategies and upgraded promos.
➢ Ensures that both personal and group quota are attained by aggressively motivating all sales consultants to perform consultations and re-package, or re-enrollment on new programs.

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
