Job Summary:

The FP&A Supervisor leads business planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management. The role entails the preparation of reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders, performance reviews, collaborations for cross-functional projects, and a leading contribution to strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Management:

  • Lead the corporate planning process, aligning and integrating annual plans across business units and stakeholders.

  • Cascade shareholder and board directives to internal leadership teams.

  • Consolidate and evaluate group plans, monitor KPIs, and assess the progress of strategic initiatives.

Financial Planning & Budgeting:

  • Translate strategic plans into financial forecasts.

  • Allocate and monitor budgets across departments and business partners.

  • Oversee forecasting and capital investment planning.

  • Develop financial models and conduct scenario and cost-benefit analyses for key initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Review and analyze monthly financial reports, preparing dashboards for leadership.

  • Conduct variance and risk analysis, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Manage shareholder reporting and other business performance documentation.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • CPA and CMA, with additional certifications in financial analysis or management accounting.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in financial planning, budgeting, modeling, and reporting.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive-level reporting.

  • Audit background, experience in lean teams, or solo contributor roles.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proactive, ethical, and collaborative mindset.
