Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Jollibee Group's Financial Planning and Analysis Officer is in-charge of leading the financial operations for Europe, overseeing regional planning, financial consolidation, and reporting.

  • FP&A, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Drive financial planning and analysis for European markets.
  • Financial Consolidation: Lead the consolidation of financial results across EMEAA, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Dashboards and KPIs: Develop regional financial dashboards, KPIs, and business performance reports.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights to support regional decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate financial policies.
  • Partnership: Partner with European market heads to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of any Finance or Business-related courses.
  • With 6 months to 1 year experience but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Relevant exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning is an advantage
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid working set-up)
