JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. This role involves operating lathe machines to shape, resurface, and finish rubber rollers according to specification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate manual and / or CNC lathe machines for turning and shaping rubber roller.
  • Set up machines and select proper tooling based on job requirements.
  • Inspect workpieces for accuracy and quality control.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator.
  • Experience in rubber or roller manufacturing is a plus.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to work under pressure and render overtime when needed.
