Job Summary:

We are looking for a Machine Operator with experience in packaging and printing machines to join our growing production team. The role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machines to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor packaging and printing machines according to production schedules.
  • Set up machines before operation (e.g., loading materials, ink, plates, films).
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to the maintenance team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area following safety and housekeeping policies.
  • Record production output, downtime, and other operational data accurately.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or vocational course graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, or Printing Technology background is an advantage).
  • Experience operating packaging, printing, or converting machines (e.g., flexographic, gravure, laminator, slitter, bag-making, sealing).
  • Ability to read and follow production instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner, and a good team player.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
