Business Development Officer – Site Acquisition

Stone & Pebble Café is growing We are looking for a Business Development Officer who will spearhead our expansion by identifying new café sites, securing prime locations, and building strong relationships with property developers and leasing teams. This role is perfect for someone with strong business acumen, real estate experience, and a passion for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new café locations in line with brand strategy.
  • Conduct market research, site visits, and feasibility studies for potential sites.
  • Interface and negotiate with leasing departments, property developers, and mall management.
  • Prepare business cases and financial analyses to support expansion decisions.
  • Collaborate with management to align site acquisition with overall company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong industry networks with landlords, brokers, and developers.
  • Track and monitor competitor activity and emerging opportunities in the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, real estate, or site acquisition (F&B, retail, or hospitality preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct financial/feasibility analysis for site selection.
  • Established network with property developers, brokers, and leasing teams is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, expanding business.
