Join our team as a Roving Store Auditor/Reliever, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence across our store network within the musical instrument industry. While the primary responsibility will be serving as a store reliever, you will also conduct audits to maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a reliable and adaptable store reliever, stepping in to support various store locations during peak periods, staff absences, or special events.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our patrons.

  • Conduct regular audits of store operations to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales assistant

  • Previous experience related to inventory audit is an advantage.

  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on store needs and scheduling requirements.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision.

  • Attention to detail and the capacity to multitask in fast-paced environments.

  • Willingness to travel to different store locations within the designated places within Metro Manila (with transportation allowance)

  • Passion for music and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of our customers and the overall store experience.
