Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational support by managing the administration, communication, tracking, and participation of leaders within a portfolio of talent development programs, development assignments, and talent processes.
  • Document, organize, and automate communications for participants, leaders, and stakeholders (e.g., enrollment reminders, program instructions, follow-up communications).
  • Edit and maintain the competency library, development guides, and leadership resources, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with visual brand standards.
  • Research, categorize, and maintain an inventory of articles, resources, and recommendations for leadership development.
  • Collect, organize, and synthesize departmental data to generate insights on program effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a high standard of service excellence by executing processes with accuracy, reliability, and a focus on continuous improvement in support of the associate value proposition.
  • Provide Workday support as needed.
  • Manage CMA (external vendor) assessment and coaching administration, including tracking and chargeback transactions for coaching services.
  • Prepare and update talent process enablement materials (e.g., job aids, playbooks).
  • Prepare content for talent review sessions, including post-session documentation and data analysis as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training, education, communications, project management, or human resources within a global shared services environment.
  • Experience in:
  • Operations, implementation, and automation
  • Data collection, entry, and insight generation
  • Feedback tracking
  • Editing, proofreading, and version control
  • Instructional design principles
  • Visual design techniques
  • Program performance monitoring and tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
