Qualifications:

  • Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years in college
  • Must have a Helpdesk background with experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • At least 6 months of experience in training or teaching-related tasks
  • Proficient in operating systems troubleshooting
  • Strong Microsoft product knowledge is required
  • Experience working in a BPO environment
  • Telco and general tech backgrounds will not be accepted

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
