Job description:

a.) Monitoring of In and Out of the following stocks:

i. Store products

ii. Kitchen raw materials

iii. Linen or item used by the guest

iv. Laundry products such as (detergent, chemicals, fabric, lysolandetc.)

v. Farms produce item(Coconut,egg,vegetables and etc.)

vi. Monitoring of IT peripherals

vii. Monitoring gas consumption/km reading

viii. Monitoring water consumption of each room

ix. Counter checking of purchased goods

b.) Filling of supporting documents such as:

i. Delivery Receipt–from supplier and commissary

ii. Transmittal form–for any dispatched product or item.

iii. Egg control form–for internal use

iv. Laundry usage form–for internal use

c.) Sending of Reports such as:

i. Updated inventory

ii. Purchase request

iii. Preparation of Request for Payment

iv. Water consumption

v. Gas consumption

d.) Other tasks:

i. Purchase of goods outside the resort if necessary

ii. Outside transactions such as:

 Government transactions (BIR)

 Bank transactions (deposits)

 Communicate supplier if necessary

 Accounting Staff/Cashier tasks
