  • Provide direct support on the production floor for problem diagnosis and resolution.

  • Conduct soldering, rework, and fine-pitch component handling for PCB and hardware repair.

  • Validate repairs through functional and electrical testing. *Process Engineering

  • Develop and optimize assembly and repair processes to improve efficiency and yield.

  • Define process flow, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.

  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance of assembly tools, jigs, and fixtures. *Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Perform root cause analysis of assembly and repair issues; implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Monitor yields, defects, and rework rates; drive process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, ESD protocols, and quality systems. *New Product & Customer Support

  • Support new product introduction (NPI) by establishing assembly and repair processes.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Sales and FAE teams to resolve technical concerns.

  • Provide technical expertise to ensure smooth product transition from prototype to high-volume manufacturing. *Documentation & Training

  • Maintain accurate documentation of repair records, troubleshooting logs, and process updates.

  • Train technicians and operators on proper assembly, rework, and troubleshooting techniques. Qualifications:
