Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and supervise T&C activities for mechanical systems (HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, fuel systems, compressors, and depot mechanical equipment).
  • Prepare T&C procedures, checklists, and reports; ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, Electrical/Controls teams, and project consultants for system testing and approvals.
  • Perform functional and performance tests and verify results against design and manufacturer specifications.
  • Prepare punch lists and ensure timely closure of deficiencies.
  • Ensure all T&C works follow safety protocols and mechanical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred.
  • minimum 8 years experience in mechanical works; at least 5 years in T&C.
  • Knowledge in HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and depot mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and prepare T&C documents.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
