We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Operations Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. As an IT Operations Analyst, you will monitor key systems, respond to incidents, and provide actionable insights to optimize operational efficiency. You will also play a critical role in maintaining system health, improving monitoring tools, and supporting incident management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor IT infrastructure—including servers, networks, and applications—to ensure system health and timely response to alerts and incidents.
  • Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and potential bottlenecks.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system availability, uptime, and performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in routine system maintenance and support change management procedures.
  • Enhance and maintain monitoring dashboards and tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios).
  • Document incidents, resolutions, system baselines, and operating procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT operational policies, standards, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduates with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure monitoring, or system support.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, including Windows and Linux servers, networks, and cloud technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios).
  • Familiarity with log analysis tools and ITIL-based incident and change management practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document processes and incidents clearly.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud is a plus.
  • Willing to work in Shifting Schedule
