Job Qualifications:

must  be  BS Architecture Graduate

At least 1 year of Work Experience in Revit Architecture / Structure.

Work Experience in Revit MEP is a plus.

With good work ethics and ability to adapt with different project standards.

With interpersonal skill, good in communication and a team player

Good understanding of Revit Family creation is an edge but not necessarily on qualification.

Knowledgeable with BIM LOD standards is an advantage.

Experience in creating "For Construction Drawings" from models is a huge advantage.

Office based work set up

Experience in using AutoCAD 2D is a plus.

Fresh graduates who are proficient in Revit, enthusiastic and pro-active may apply .

Job Description

Carry out Revit modeling, detailing and other BIM requirements in accordance with the company standards.

Work closely with group members in developing solutions to project issues

Able to work under minimum supervision and achieve deadlines for all tasks.

Create Revit models from design drawings.

Produce "For Construction Drawing" / Quantity take off / Clash detection from models.
