Key Responsibilities:

  • Add, update, and maintain accurate product listings on e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking or discontinuation of products.
  • Manage incoming orders, ensuring they are processed and shipped promptly.
  • Monitor order status, process returns, and handle exchanges.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and refunds in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with order tracking and delivery updates.
  • Regularly review the online store for any errors, broken links, or missing information.
  • Assist in implementing sales promotions, discounts, or special offers on the website.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify suppliers about low stock or out-of-stock products.
  • Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure all orders are accurately packed and meet quality standards before shipping.
  • Check for any product defects or damages and manage returns accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business courses
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Can communicate properly
  • Customer Service experience is a plus but not required
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php645.00 per day
