Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting assistant to support the procurement and inventory functions of our organization. This role involves price monitoring, sales encoding, purchase order coordination, inventory tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Price Checking:
Regularly review and compare published platform prices with official item pricing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
· Sales Encoding:
Accurately encode sales data from various platforms to support proper inventory deductions and sales tracking.
· Purchase Order Management:
Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to monitor the status of inventory deliveries and ensure timely arrival.
· Inventory Management:
Track, record, and reconcile inventory transactions including purchases, transfers, and adjustments across all locations.
· Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of inventory movements and balances to support financial and operational reporting.
· Reporting:
Generate and submit regular inventory reports detailing stock levels, usage rates, and any discrepancies.
· Other Tasks:
Perform other accounting-related tasks or duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
· 1-2 years' experience in inventory management or has previous experience as an inventory clerk.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
