We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect (QA/QC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural works on-site meet the required quality standards and conform to approved plans, specifications, and applicable regulations. This includes identifying defects, preparing detailed inspection reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders—including contractors and project managers—to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review architectural plans and ensure compliance with project requirements and site conditions
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures
  • Ensure proper workmanship and adherence to architectural standards
  • Review and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for architectural work items
  • Coordinate with contractors and project teams to address on-site concerns

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in the building construction industry
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2023 version), SketchUp, and estimating
  • Preferably with valid COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) certification
