OVERVIEW

A Sales Executive is responsible for for managing the full sales process. From handling client inquiries, conducting property viewings, preparing documents, negotiating terms, assisting in reservation, and ensuring complete client requirements. The role focuses entirely on end-to-end selling and achieving sales targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Financial Recording & Reporting

  • Handle walk-in, referred, and company provided clients.
  • Communicate with clients through call, text, chat, or in-person meetings.
  • Present property details, pricing, payment terms, and unit availability.
  • Conduct site viewings or accompany clients during tripping.

2. End-to-End Sales Processing

  • Assist clients from inquiry up to unit reservation and documentation.
  • Prepare and explain reservation forms, computation sheets, and payment options.
  • Collect and verify client requirements.
  • Process reservations submissions directly with the company or developer.
  • Guide clients on next steps such as payments, account setup, or financing instructions.

3. Negotiation and Closing

  • Discuss terms, promos, and options within company-approved guidelines.
  • Address client concerns professionally and provide solutions.
  • Close sales and meet assigned monthly and annually targets.

4. Coordination and Follow-Up

  • Coordinate directly with internal departments for clients concerns.
  • Monitor client payments, pending documents, or compliance needs.
  • Maintain updated records of all clients and transactions.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales performance report.

5. Compliance and Professional Standards

  • Follow company policies, ethical sales practice, and approved information.
  • Protect confidential client and company information.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
