RULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report & coordinate directly to the QC/R&D Dept. Head
  • Create and maintain portfolios of communications, complaints request/requirements and standard from clients.
  • To assist/spearhead on documentation activities/actions required by a scheduled review or revision of a working procedure, system or requirement based on client's audit results. Considering also, alterations in the process procedures and standards including raw material changes.
  • Manage documents to a higher degree of reliability for security, version, and availability with a controlled review trail.
  • To regularly review process procedures & create observation & improvement reports if they are still effective & properly followed.
  • To handle and assist on compliance and regulatory requirements set by clients in relation to packaging & food safety issues. Ensuring regulatory procedures and changes are followed is an essential part of the job function.
  • Mandatory to be part of the Accuplas HACCP/GMP team & support the implementation & review of GMP & HACCP System.
  • To support the execution & improvement of the quality management system and quality plans which needs to be imparted and imposed on the production shop floor.
  • Does/maintains cleanliness & orderliness of the QC office.
  • Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
