Position Title: Senior Bookkeeper
Work Set-up: Work Onsite/ Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4:00 PM PH Time
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 70,000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Bookkeeper:

• Reconcile building software of payments.

• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS in compliance with Australian tax regulations.

• Look after both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables

• Prepare and update company cash flows for forecasting with project information on a separate spread sheet and pus

• Weekly Reporting

• Payroll, Payroll Tax

• Supper Annuation management

• Preparation of Financial reports and Auditing of Accounts

• Set and review budgets

Qualifications as a Senior Bookkeeper:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5-10 years of relevant accounting experience in Australia as a Sr Bookkeeper or similar role

• Mastery with Xero accounting software is required. Must be a Xero Advisor

• Proficient with MS Excel and Powerpoint

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. 4 star level

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.

• Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• CPA or CA certification (preferred, but not required).

• Must have previous experience working in an Australian company in a Bookkeeping role.
