Our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant VA to join our team and support our growing marketing initiatives. If you're creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy working on a variety of tasks from social media to admin support, this could be the role for you

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule content across social media platforms

Create posts, set up and boost ads (Facebook and other platforms)

Update website events, create blogs, and upload content

Convert forms into fillable formats and ensure links are up to date

Collate testimonials and customer feedback

Assist with data entry, invoice entry, and campaign plans

Design simple graphics for social media and marketing materials (using Canva or similar)

Requirements:

At least 3 years of marketing background

Experience with Marketing Automation Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Infusionsoft)

Basic graphic design skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Other requirements:

Must have a stable primary internet connection (minimum 50-100MBps) and a backup connection

Able to work in case of power outages continuously (has backup power source/ample power bank)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Temporary

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
