Accounting/Intercomm Staff

Location: Cruzville Subdivision, Zabarte Road, Novaliches QC.
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are looking for an Accounting/Intercomm Staff who will support the company's daily operations through accurate documentation, coordination, and timely processing of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Staff:
- Record and update daily accounting transactions accurately and on time.
- Prepare and process billings, vouchers, reports, and other financial documents.
- Encode financial data and assist in maintaining orderly accounting records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of documents.
- Perform clerical and administrative support for the accounting team.
Intercomm Staff:
- Draft and edit clear, error-free emails, letters, and communication materials.
- Coordinate with local and international partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Assist in order tracking, documentation, and project cost monitoring.
- Prepare correspondence and support communication for internal/external transactions.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency in daily communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field; fresh graduates with relevant OJT/internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures; experience in bookkeeping or general accounting is ideal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with accounting systems or bookkeeping software is an advantage.
- Strong writing and communication skills (for Intercomm tasks).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization; and ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and a fast learner.
Bonus:
- Experience in administrative or communication roles is a plus.
