JOB ROLE/SUMMARY

The Program Director is the chief administrator and academic head of a department. He/she is responsible for the execution of academic policies for the achievement of the educational goals of the College. Under the supervision of the Senior Director of the College, he/she plans, organizes and directs the activities and operations of the department assigned to him/her.

EDUCATION:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • With an aligned Master's Degree and PhD. (Required)
  • Licensed in the field of expertise/specialization (if applicable)

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • With industry experience (for Program Departments) is an advantage

DESIRABLE TRAITS:

  • With strong leadership skills
  • Good people relation skills
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively both in oral and in writing
  • Must be a proactive, meticulous, highly organized, a team player, result-oriented and with a strong sense of urgency and integrity
  • Must be proficient in English communication
  • Must have the ability to represent the College locally, nationally, and internationally.
