About the role

As a Financial Analyst at Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's strategic decision-making processes. Working within a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing detailed reports, and providing valuable insights to help drive the company's financial performance and growth. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

Job Description:

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.

3. Data Interpretation and Decision Support

  • Provide financial insights to support business strategies and improve operational efficiency.

4. Risk Management, Compliance, and Audit

  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in a financial analysis or reporting role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and derive meaningful insights
  4. Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  7. Familiarity with healthcare financial reporting requirements and regulatory compliance
  8. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
