Job Responsibilities

As a Driver:

  • Transport GM/CEO, management, and employees for official business following approved schedules and OB guidelines.
  • Ensure punctuality, safety, and professional conduct at all times.
  • Deliver company documents securely and ensure proper acknowledgment.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and compliance with preventive/regular maintenance.
  • Log and submit all travel and vehicle reports, expenses, and mileage.
  • Keep licenses, registration, and insurance updated; assist in purchase of new vehicles.
  • Comply with traffic laws, office policies, and company procedures.
  • Perform other driving and related tasks as required.

As an Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide reception and visitor assistance; handle mail, deliveries, and billings.
  • Manage trip tickets, track oil usage, and support logistics needs.
  • Monitor janitor activities and office cleanliness, especially reception.
  • Assist with shipping, document delivery, and filing.
  • Maintain employee records, timekeeping logs, and CCTV monitoring.
  • Support employee events and submit HR/Admin reports.
  • Perform other admin duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years degree course or Associate degree course.
  • At least three (3) years work related experience as company driver with good driving record, preferably servicing an IT security company, High Technology Company or similar industry.
  • Must have a professional Driver's license. Proven awareness of city/ out of town road/traffic directions & maps.
  • Able in conversational English communication skills. Japanese Language is a plus but not required.
  • Very high level of integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, confidentiality, professionalism, and ability to maintain respect for the privacy of the General Manager / CEO / Management.
  • Shall be On-call and must be willing to work during Saturday, Sunday, Holidays & reasonable hours as required by General Manager / CEO / Management.
  • Proven excellent Customer Service Skills. Effective communication with internal & external customers.
  • Experience in purchasing, delivery, and negotiating with suppliers is desired but not required.
