JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Having a bachelor's degree
  • Having at least 2 years of experience in a Workforce management role
  • Experience with CS Financial Accounts is advantageous.
  • Adaptable to a shifting schedule
  • ready to work in Clark on-site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make sure that company partners have a sufficient number of employees.

oversees the resource planning of one or more divisional business units;

creates fruitful working relationships with business partners

Decide on upcoming initiatives and/or changes to the business plan.

generates volume estimates for client processing and/or inbound contact center departments;

staffing drivers on a regular basis in relation to the plan
