Job Summary:

The Land Surveyor is responsible in ensuring the proper alignment and elevation of civil, structural and architectural finishes. He/ She conducts verification of location and topographic survey of the project site and keeps as- built survey of the project updated and well documented.

Job Description:

  • Checks plans, drawings and quantities; for accuracy of calculations.
  • Analyzes survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical or geological data to plan projects.
  • Directs and participates in surveying to layout installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
  • Prepares and present public reports, such as bid proposals, deeds environmental impact statements, and property and right of way descriptions.
  • Tests soil and materials to determine adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
  • Maintains the condition and adjustment of surveying equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's/ College degree in Geodetic Engineering; licensed Engineer.
  • At least two (2) years of work experience in the same field.
  • Knowledgeable in handling surveying instruments and estimating quantities.
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office operations (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Willing to be assigned in project sites.
