Job Summary:

The Surveyor is responsible for conducting accurate land and construction surveys to support vertical construction projects such as buildings, high-rise structures, and other infrastructures. The role involves precise measurement, layout, and monitoring of construction works to ensure alignment with design plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys and establish reference points, control lines, and benchmarks for vertical structures.
  • Perform layout works for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.
  • Use and maintain surveying instruments such as total station, GPS, auto level, and laser tools.
  • Verify and monitor elevations, verticality, and alignment during construction stages.
  • Prepare and review survey data, field notes, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure design accuracy.
  • Monitor tolerances and deviations to prevent structural issues.
  • Maintain documentation and records of survey results for project reports.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with relevant standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering.
  • With PRC License is an advantage; non-board passers with experience are welcome.
  • At least 1–2 years experience in surveying works for vertical construction projects (buildings, high-rise, etc.).
  • Proficient in operating total station, auto level, GPS, and other modern surveying tools.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other related software.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on project sites and adapt to shifting schedules.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
